Overview

LaunchDeck (“we”, “us”) is a launch-provisioning tool that helps you set up the services behind a new website or product launch from a single form. This notice explains what information we collect, why, and how it is handled. By using LaunchDeck you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

When you create a launch we collect the details needed to provision your services, including: project name, domain, business name, primary contact email, support email, timezone, currency, brand colors and logo, social handles, and the names and settings for the services you ask us to configure (for example analytics, tracking, email, and payment services), plus any notes you provide.

When you contact us we collect your name, email, and message.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to set up, configure, and operate the launch services you requested, to communicate with you about your launch, and to respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe handles card data under its own compliance commitments; we only receive confirmation of the transaction status.

Third-party services

To provision your launch, your details may be shared with the specific services you request — for example DNS providers, analytics and tracking platforms, email and marketing tools, uptime monitors, and payment providers. Each service handles data under its own terms and privacy policy. We share only what is necessary to configure the services you selected.

Retention

We retain your launch information for as long as needed to operate your services and handle support, and afterwards as needed for legitimate business records. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Where we rely on a third-party service, we will direct you to that service where appropriate.
